As a Senior Director of OSS Systems at Comcast, Chad Haggerty is responsible for the inventory & provisioning platforms for Comcast’s Commercial Business Services. With almost 25 years industry experience behind him, Chad’s previous positions include software and product development, leading process improvement programs, and transitioning organizations to Agile and Lean practices. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Drexel University, Chad also holds numerous certifications in process and quality management.
