Alliance Networking Hall Information Kit
Once your booth number has been assigned, you will receive an email from Alliance with a unique username and password to access the exhibitor kit that contains important information on how to make arrangements for power, furniture, signage, shipping/freight, etc. You will be invoiced directly from Alliance for all booth orders.

Pre-Configured Networking Booth
As an added feature to MEF16, we are offering pre-configured Networking Booths. This option is ideal for sponsor companies that do not have a booth they can ship to MEF16 or are looking for a simple turn-key option for their booth space.
10x10 networking booths are available for $5,500 USD and include the following:
- Rear panel with custom company graphics
- Two LED lights on rear panel
- One high top table and 2 chairs
- 42” inch monitor and stand
- Podium with company graphics
- Electrical connection for laptop, TV and lighting
- Set-up and tear down labor
Additional notes regarding pre-configured MEF16 networking booths:
- Networking hall is carpeted, booth does not include flooring shown
- Sponsors are responsible for additional items purchased beyond the standard configuration
- Contract and arrangements for networking booths are made with the MEF directly
- 10x20 configurations are available for standard price of $10,000 USD
