Director of Innovation & Engineering, TI Sparkle

Daniele Mancuso has been appointed Director Innovation & Engineering at Sparkle Group in August 2016. He is in charge of the engineering and deployment of Sparkle’s global Voice, Mobile, IP and & Data Platforms as well as of Submarine Cables, Datacenters and Cloud Infrastructure, while leading the Network Innovation and Transformation processes. Prior to that he was Director Architecture & Engineering. He began his career in in 1993 in Telecom Italia’s domestic Transmission department, focusing on the migration from PDH to SDH technology. In January 2013 Daniele was appointed Director of Engineering, IT & Security at Sparkle’s Mediterranean Operations - a leading provider of Network & Cloud services in the Mediterranean & Balkan Region - where since 2001 he has been holding several positions within Engineering & Operations departments. Daniele holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of “Siculorum Gymnasium”.
