Mark is responsible for strategy and development of Oracle’s Network Orchestration and Inventory applications, focusing on Service Fulfillment, Network Resource Management and Network Function Virtualization.  He has over 25 years experience in product management and software development, creating innovative software products by leveraging engineering best practices, while drawing from experiences with service providers and partners across the globe.
