Vin Alesi is responsible for network services planning for Verizon’s Ethernet, Wave and emerging WAN products. Vin’s team develops service architecture and drives systems and process development for retail/wholesale enterprise products. His team also manages Verizon’s third party network technology contract portfolio.

Vin has held positions in Network Engineering, Finance, Product Development, and Corporate Technology and worked on multiple technologies since joining Verizon in 1985. His extensive work in the Ethernet services area since 1999 has been instrumental in growing Verizon’s Ethernet service into one of the company’s key strategic products.

Vin holds several US patents and has presented at various industry conferences. Vin’s association with MEF started in 2003, when Verizon joined as a member company.
